Design Smart Eye Massage PCBA

The increased screen time and digital device use have led to eye strain and fatigue, so an eye massager is in good demand in modern life which offers a convenient way to relax and care for the eyes. Recently, we have a collaboration project on an eye massage device. The PCB design mainly revolves around several massage button functions and Bluetooth functions of the massage device.

We will establish different technical teams to collaborate on different projects. For this simple eye massage device, we will arrange for 2 engineers to design PCB boards and 1 mould development engineer to follow up.

We will provide improvement suggestions based on the customer's feedback on the first sample acceptance, and further improve the functionality of the subsequent samples. We usually modify details through online and graphic communication. In the follow-up summary discussion, we will hold online video meetings based on the local time of both parties.

After multiple sample improvements, we will sign the contract after receiving confirmation from the customer regarding the trial use of the samples and proceed with mass production. All production processes are in line with ISO9001:2005 standards. Each stage will arrange a quality inspection before the final packaging is confirmed.
